Electricity Generating Cooling Circuit

Fluid Dynamics supplied a 12” Colloid-A-Tron for a cooling circuit for a power station in Argentina. After 6 months the cooling system was opened up and there was no sign of scaling and corrosion rates were low.

The Colloid-A-Tron is cooling a Pratt and Whitney jet engine that powers the generator.

The system was installed in 2005 and routine checkups since then show that the Fluid Dynamics' Colloid-A-Tron has done its job perfectly. There are no signs of hard water scale anywhere in the system.
